All of the latest news from Newport Pride

Newport Pride is proud to partner with the Central Oregon Coast National Organization of Women Foundation as our 2022 fiscal sponsor. NOW is a multi-issue, multi-strategy organization. NOW's priorities are winning economic equality and securing it with an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that will guarantee equal rights for women; championing abortion rights, reproductive freedom and other women’s health issues; opposing racism; fighting bigotry against the LGBTQIA community; and ending violence against women.

Portland Pride is coming up quickly, but this year will be a little different. This two-day event (June 18th and June 19th) is scheduled to be held at Tom McCall Waterfront Park and it's going to be jam-packed with events.

So what's going to be different this year? Organizers are requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Don't worry though, all you need to do is provide one of the following:

  • Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered)

  • OR a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document

  • OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device

Check out the full schedule of events on the Portland Pride Website.
